We take great pride in the quality of our farm goods, seasonal offerings, and curated products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Order Processing

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are processed in the order they are received. Pickup items will include instructions for collection from our farmstand.

2. Shipping

At this time, some products are pickup-only, while others may be eligible for shipping depending on availability. Shipping information will be displayed at checkout (if applicable).

3. Pickup Policies

Orders designated for on-site pickup must be collected within the timeframe provided. Perishable items cannot be held beyond the designated pickup window.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Because many of our offerings are seasonal, perishable, or limited-run:

  • Perishable items, food products, plants, flowers, and CSA memberships are final sale and non-refundable.

  • Non-perishable merchandise (e.g., branded goods, gifts, pantry items that are sealed and unused) may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

To submit a request, please contact us at info@stoneacresfarm.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

5. Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • CSA memberships

  • Perishable goods

  • Items damaged due to mishandling after pickup

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or is incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We will gladly review the issue and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or prepared for pickup. Once your order is prepared, we are unable to cancel it.

CSA memberships cannot be canceled once the season begins.

8. Special Events & Tickets

Event tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. In the event of a weather-related cancellation or unforeseen farm closure, we will communicate next steps.
